Fall/Spring
- Print out the Fall/Spring Application Form in PDF format (This requires Adobe Acrobat Reader).
- Follow the directions on the form.
Click Here if you do not have the current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and the Acrobat plug-in and would like to download them. This will take a little time, but it's a good thing to have.
You can also call 828-765-2359 if you would like an application form mailed or faxed to you.
If you have trouble getting these forms to print properly, you may have an older version of Acrobat Reader. Please update to the current version and try printing again.
